1. The System

Privacy Policy
Introduction
"The System" is a digital wellbeing and gamified productivity application. We are committed to protecting user privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data, specifically the sensitive device permissions required for the app's core functionality.
Data Processed Locally (Never Collected or Shared)
To enforce productivity structures and track fitness baselines, the app requires access to sensitive device features. The following data is processed 100% locally on your device hardware and is NEVER transmitted, shared, or stored on any external servers:
- Camera (Pose Detection): Used via Google ML Kit to track exercise form (e.g., pushups, situps) in real-time. No video feed, images, or biometric metadata are ever recorded, cached, or uploaded.
- App Usage Stats (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used strictly to monitor when a blocked application is opened during an active focus session. We do not harvest, track, or monetize your usage data.
- Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Used exclusively to render the local lockdown penalty interface over distracting applications.
- Physical Activity (Pedometer): Step count data is read via local device sensors to calculate baseline metrics. This data remains on-device.
Data Collected and Synced (Cloud Infrastructure)
If you choose to use the optional cloud backup feature ("Link Hunter ID"), we utilize Google Firebase to safely secure your progress:
- Authentication Data: Email address and encrypted password tokens are collected to securely manage your authentication state.
- Gameplay Statistics: User level, allocated character statistics, virtual local inventory integers, and progress milestones are synced to our secure Firebase Firestore cluster to prevent data loss.
Account & Data Deletion Instructions
How to request data erasure: Users have full autonomy to completely purge their remote profiles instantly without administrative delays.
- Open The System on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Stats / Profile interface.
- Locate the Identity / Authentication preferences panel.
- Click the "Obliterate Cloud Save" button. This will permanently erase your user profile records, authentication credentials, and gameplay statistics from our secure Firebase systems immediately.
2. JoyBox

Introduction
"JoyBox" is a local and network-enabled mobile party game hub. This policy details how data is handled across multiplayer matchmaking sessions.
Data Collection & Processing
To facilitate local network discovery and multiplayer session coordination, JoyBox utilizes backend infrastructure:
- User Identifiers & Session Tokens: Temporary or anonymous user IDs and room codes are processed via Google Firebase to securely connect players together in active lobbies.
- Local Network Connectivity: The app may request Wi-Fi or Local Network permissions purely to locate and connect to peers hosting a local game room. No tracking data or network configurations are harvested.
Data Retention & Third-Party Services
JoyBox does not track your personal identity or sell your analytics. We rely securely on Google Firebase / Firestore to manage short-lived multiplayer session states. Room data is scrubbed dynamically once game sessions terminate.
Account & Data Deletion Instructions
How to request data erasure: JoyBox features transient and privacy-focused gameplay profiles.
- If you are utilizing an anonymous session profile, simply clearing the app data or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local records from your phone.
- For any persistent authentication credentials linked via Firebase, navigate directly into the account configuration tab inside the app settings menu and select "Delete Account" to instantly drop all associated server records.
